Jerry Rowell, owner of five area Gigi’s Cupcake locations, is telling HPD and all area law enforcement, THANK YOU!

“We live in the fourth largest city in America. I can’t begin to think what our city would be like if not for law enforcement. I sit in disbelief of what is going on in Baltimore,” Jerry Rowell said, owner of Gigi’s Cupcakes. “I appreciate all the good works of law enforcement and feel badly for what is going on in Maryland.”

Gigi’s Cupcakes is inviting members of area law enforcement to stop in any Gigi’s location for a free cupcake and free cup of coffee now through the month of May.

“It’s not much, but I want our police force to know they are very much appreciated,” Rowell said.
