The City of Houston has confirmed a fourth fatality in conjunction with today’s weather event. The initial fatality was a male of unknown age discovered at Ranchester @ Harwin.
A second deceased 50-year old female was recovered by HPD helicopter from Braes Bayou near the 5400 block of Ardmore. A third deceased person was found in a vehicle, which was towed from the 1700 block of Studewood.
The fourth deceased person was found in Braes Bayou at Holcomb Blvd and was an Asian Male of unknown age.
Their is a high likelihood that the Asian male is the same Asian male that was lost during the water rescue early this morning where the evacuation boat capsized. Notification to the respective families are pending their identifications.
An elderly couple ages 85 and 87 are still missing.
A deceased male, Mr. Dennis Lee Callahan , was discovered lying at the exit of a building’s parking garage at 1433 West loop South at about 11:30pm.
HFD paramedics pronounced him deceased, his death is not believed to be directly weather related.
