Waller County is known for being unfair and unjust! The closed and pending cases presented to the DA’s offices needs to be audited. The media needs to keep speaking out to let the community and others know what’s going on. I heard of a case in the DA’s office that shows a perfect example of selective prosecution, racial prejudice and once I get the court date the media will be informed in hopes that the the injustices in Waller County will continue to be exposed.

Why was she asked to exit the vehicle? Isn’t it safer to keep the person in the vehicle? This story breaks my heart. I pray for her family every day.

The officer asked her to put out her cigarette and she refused saying she was in her car and she didn’t have to. So he said, ok, then step out of the car. That’s when she started going crazy and resisting him.
