The review of county jail standards, do that include the process of booking? Why does it take over 24 hours to get from the arrest to a cell? Not the holding tank, a cell or the floor where time will be served? Wasn’t overcrowding an issue? A few of us would like a better understanding or
direct me to someone with an answer.

    Thank You
