Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in the deaths of at least three individuals whose remains were found following an investigation that began at 10700 Todd Street about 7 p.m. on Tuesday (Sept. 8).

The suspect, Jamie Walter (w/m, 27), is charged with capital murder in the 337th State District Court.  A photo of Walter is attached to this news release.

The identities and causes of deaths of the victims are pending an autopsy and verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Homicide Division Sergeant J. Robles and Officers I. Ulloa and E. Wohlgemuth reported:

HPD patrol officers were investigating a domestic disturbance call when they were advised of possible human skeletal remains in a vacant property at the above address.  Two individuals – one of them Walter – were detained at the scene and interviewed.
