On Tuesday, September 22, 2015, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit and Gang intelligence Unit conducted a narcotics investigation in the 15200 block of White Oak Lane, in Conroe, Texas. During the course of the investigation, a vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as Eric Lee Ryzewski. The driver was found to be in possession of 16 grams of methamphetamine.

As the investigation continued, a search warrant was obtained and executed at a residence near the location of the traffic stop. During the search, 1 additional gram of methamphetamine was recovered, along with a handgun, electronic scales, and plastic baggies.

As a result of the investigation, Eric Lee Ryzewski, (date of birth 06/07/1983), was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver, 1st degree felony.
