The star witness has yet to be called in the trial of a man accused of gunning down a Montgomery County store owner.
Joseph Guitierrez is on trial for Capital murder in the 2014 shooting and killing of Cut N Shoot store owner Sam Sudraddin.
Investigators say Guitierrez’s motive was robbery.
His then 13 year old accomplice who has already pleaded guilty in the case is expected to take the stand this week.
Guitierrez maintains the 13 year old shot Sudraddin while the juvenile points the finger at Guitierrez.
The case was expected to wrap this week but could go until next week.
