2/27/16 around 3pm, a Pct. 4 Constable Deputy stopped a vehicle on Hwy 59, close to Community Dr. for a traffic violation. An investigation found 16 grams of
methamphetamines inside a plastic container. Also, inside the vehicle was a smaller plastic baggie with just under 1.5 grams of methamphetamines.

The deputy also thought, at first glance, the ‘pistol in the vehicle was real, but ultimately turned out to be a CO2 pistol. Finally a syringe loaded with a clear liquid was found along with other clear plastic baggies.

The driver, identified by her Kentucky Driver’s License as Lisa Decker and the
passenger, Michael Dunn were arrested for the alleged Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Arrested:
Lisa Decker (date of birth 2/27/70)
First Degree Felony – Manufacturer/Delivery of a Controlled Substance
Michael Dunn (date of birth 10/25/66)
First Degree Felony – Manufacturer/Delivery of a Controlled Substance
Constable Hayden stated this was a lot of methamphetamines that would have been
distributed to a lot of people, it’s always a good deal when we can catch it before it hits
the streets.
