Hello there, sorry for I know nothing of this incident, but I was wondering how I could get a story posted on the Isaiah Factor of another unsolved homicide 5 years ago in the Channelview area. If anyone has any information on what or where I need to go to get this homicide aired, i would greatly appreciate it if you could lead me in the right direction
