On Saturday, January 23, 2016, at approximately 7:20 p.m., Monday, February 8, 2016, at approximately 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at approximately 10:06 p.m., a suspect stole the locomotive horn off the roof of three different trains that were parked on an industry track in the 7100 block of Cavalcade St. in Houston, TX. The suspect was seen climbing to the top of the locomotives and stealing the horns on all three thefts. The suspect could possibly be working with a second unidentified suspect during these incidents.
Surveillance video cameras captured images of the suspect during these thefts.
– Suspect #1: white or Hispanic male with short dark hair, 25 -35 years old, medium to heavy build, with possible tattoo on top of right hand.
