The Factor has learned the Fort Bend County District Attorney has filed papers to have charges dropoed against a 14 year old high school student.

You may remember Alec Hunter said he found what turned out to be a fake $10 bill at school and he tried to use it to buy lunch.

Despite Alec not knowing the money was a counterfeit he was charged with forgery by the juvenile justice system.

Fort Bend County District Attorney John Healey tells the Factor the evidence was not sufficient to move forward with a case against the high school student.
