The Houston Public Library invites the community to celebrate the Jungman Neighborhood Library’s grand reopening. Kicking off the celebration will be City of Houston Council Member Greg Travis, and Dr. Rhea Brown Lawson, Director, Houston Public Library. This event is free and open to the public.
The reopening will feature a taste of Westheimer with refreshments provided by Cliff’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, Dish Society, Beck’s Prime, and Starbucks. Flower arrangements provided by River Oaks Plant House. 
The celebration will continue on Saturday with an all-day affair filled with fun, interactive programs for families and kids of all ages, food trucks, art displays by local artists and even comic book giveaways by Bedrock Comics.
Re-Opening – Thursday, October 13 | 10 AM
Community Celebration – Saturday, October 15 | 10 AM – 5 PM
