Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Accident Investigator’s need the public’s help identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run-Failure to Stop and Render Aid, in Harris County, Texas.
On July 1, 2017, Harris County Deputies responded to an Auto/Pedestrian accident located in the 34000 block of US 290. The victim was standing outside of the vehicle of another crash, attempting to slow down traffic, when he was struck by a vehicle traveling eastbound in the left lane of traffic. The vehicle that struck the victim left the scene without rendering aid.
The suspect’s vehicle is believed to be a 2012 to 2017, silver Toyota Camry, or a Toyota Corolla.
The victim: Jason Froyd is currently in a coma and is possibly paralyzed.
