Charges have been filed against two suspects arrested in the fatal shooting of a man found at 303 Rosamond Street about 9:55 p.m. on January 16.
The suspects, Rickkeem Sparks (b/m, 20) and Isack Jayvon Robinson (b/m, 19), are charged with capital murder in the 232nd State District Court. Booking photos of both suspects are attached to this news release.
Both are accused in the death of Victor Alvarez, 21.
HPD Homicide Division Detectives A. Bock and A. Turner reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to shooting at an apartment complex at the above address and found Mr. Alvarez lying on the ground near a parked vehicle.
He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Houston Fire Department paramedics responded to the scene and transported Alvarez to Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Further investigation identified Sparks and Robinson as suspects in this case. Sparks was taken into custody on Monday (February 8) and charged for his role in the shooting.
Robinson was arrested on Thursday (February 10) and charged for his involvement in the shooting.
